Searching for the perfect caterer for your special day can be very difficult and stressful, but it doesn’t have to be anymore. When we met Krista for the first time, we were confident that The Catering Company was our choice. Krista’s professionalism and organization is second to none, she truly made us feel that we were “safe” spending our money with her. The variety that is available was astonishing and it can be very difficult to choose the perfect pairings for your event. We chose to have two passed appetizers which were the Chicken Quesadillas and the Sirloin Gorgonzola Bacon Bruchette; PHENOMINAL!! We also chose the Domestic Cheese & Vegetable Display, the tower set up for this was absolutely gorgeous and seemed never ending! For our entrée we chose to offer the Strip Steak, Stuffed Chicken Breast and Grilled Salmon. Every guest we spoke with absolutely loved their meal. One (very picky) guest even said, “That was, sincerely, the best steak I’ve had in a LONG time!” The team that was there setting up for our day were the most professional, well dressed and pleasant team I had seen working for a catering company. They all helped each other but also offered assistance any where that was needed. All of our guests were greeted at the entrance of our tent with a smile and a glass of champagne. The bartenders were prompt and personable offering a large variety of beverages to quench your thirst and keep the party going! I first used The Catering Company for my wedding a little over a year ago. Krista and her staff made our day, as well our guests time with us - phenomenal. We had a buffet style meal with assorted deserts. For me the day was magical. What Krista and her staff did with the setting, the food, the desserts, and the bar just brought it to absolute perfection. All of our guests were raving about not only our day, but the reception (especially the food and desserts) for quite awhile after. Since then I’ve used The Catering Company for small buffets, both in a venue, as well as at my house and can’t speak highly enough for Krista’s attention to detail, quality and presentation of the foods from appetizers to main course to desserts! My son and daughter in law had the pleasure of having the Catering Company for their Amazing outside July wedding. As a mom the wedding arena is not something I would consider myself as knowledgeable. I am beyond grateful for the knowledge and comfort that Krista and her Staff provided. When you are mom of bride/groom you just need someone to walk you through all the things you do not think of. This is the professionalism we were provided. As you can imagine you have additional concerns when holding a venue outside. Our food looked amazing, was served hot and delicious as all of our guests could not believe how good it was. We had the pleasure of having Krista and Shaun’s Company - The Catering Company catered my daughter's wedding reception, with 240 guests in her godmother's backyard. The food was hot and delicious as usual. And, plentiful. The staff went above and beyond to make that day perfect for us. They thought of everything we missed in planning. They were all absolutely amazing. Thank you for all you did to make her wedding day the best day ever for us all!!!I I highly recommend them for any size function your planning. I have ordered their take out meals a few times also. The Asiago Mac and cheese and meat lasagna are both out of this world delicious. Krista And her staff are the only caterers I will use because I know that they will deliver a 110 percent for me every time I call on them. We have also ordered 20 dinners for my husbands co workers. Krista does wonderful work. We recently had our wedding at the Grandeview in Ellington. She created a wonderful appetizer tray. The food was delicious. Our guests were very impressed and satisfied. They complimented the food the entire night. Her deserts were amazing. There was a variety that kept everyone entertained and guessing. She worked well with our venue and DJ. Allowing my husband and I to enjoy our special night. She coordinated with our decorations. Her staff also worked well with our venue and DJ. Everything ran very smoothly. We used The Catering Company for our wedding and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The food was outstanding and not only was it all served hot, but the steaks were grilled on site, not seared ahead of time and reheated. The fruit and cheese display was HUGE and a gorgeous presentation. The guests couldn’t stop raving about the presentation and quality of the food served. The staff was courteous and professional and made sure the day went off without a hitch. Not only did they provide a wonderful meal, Krista was a full support system for us during the planning process.
