Beverage Services - 2024

All pricing includes upscale plastic cups, beverage napkins, cocktail mixers (if applicable), fruit, professional equipment.  Bartenders and set up fees will be quoted based on the size and duration of your event.  Our goal is to do our part to make your event perfect.  We are pleased to provide modified pricing to any of the following packages to accommodate your specific needs.

House Beer & Wine Beverage Package

2 Hours $18.95 per person
3 Hours $22.95 per person
4 Hours $26.95 per person
$4 per person per additional hour
Children $2.00 per hour

  • Beer – Bottle/Can -Pick 3 (Labatt Blue, Blue Light, Coors Light, Bud, Bud Light). Craft beer options and pricing available upon request.
  • Wine – Box:  Crisp White, Chardonnay, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir & Cabernet.  Bottled wine options and pricing available upon request.
  • Assorted sodas, tea and bottled water
  • Pricing for substitutes available upon request

Premier House Beer & Wine Beverage Package

2 Hours $19.95 per person
3 Hours $23.95 per person
4 Hours $27.95 per person
$4 per person per additional hour
Children $2.00 per hour

  • Beer – Bottled Pick 2: (Labatt, Labatt Blue Light, Bud, Coors Light)
  • House Bottled Wine – Barefoot (Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, White Zinfandel, Cabernet or Merlot)
  • Assorted sodas, tea and bottled water
  • Pricing for substitutes available upon request

House Bar Package

2 Hours $22.95 per person
3 Hours $26.95 per person
4 Hours $30.95 per person

  • Beer – 2 Bottle/Can – Pick 2 (Labatt Blue, Blue Light, Coors Light, Bud, Bud Light).  Craft beer options and pricing available upon request.  
  • Wine – Box:  Crisp White, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Moscato Sangria, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir & Cabernet 
  • Well: Whiskey, Rum, Spiced Rum, Vodka, Gin, Scotch, Bourbon, Peach Schnapps, Sweet Vermouth (includes manhattans, whiskey sours)  
  • Assorted sodas, tea and bottled water
  • Pricing for substitutes available upon request

Premium Bar Package

2 Hours $26.95 per person
3 Hours $30.95 per person
4 Hours $34.95 per person

  • Beer – Bottled, Pick 3 (Labatt, Blue Light, Bud, Coors Light, Miller Lite, Mich Ultra).  Craft beer options and pricing available.
  • Wine – Bottles  Bolla (3):  Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay, White Zinfandel, Cabernet or Merlot
  • Absolut, Tanqueray, Seagrams 7, Bacardi, Captain Morgan, Dewars, Jack Daniels, Southern Comfort, Black Velvet, Sweet Vermouth (includes Manhattans, whiskey sours)
  • Assorted sodas, tea and bottled water
  • Pricing for substitutes available upon request

Additional Options

  • House Champagne Toast $8 per person.
  • House Wine Poured at Dinner $8 per person (white & red).
  • Champagne Fountain $10 per person (minimum of 50 guests)
  • Wine Punch Fountain $10 per person (minimum of 35 guests)
  • Non Alcoholic Punch Fountain $4.25 per person
  • Wine Served throughout dinner, pricing available upon request.
  • We will gladly price any specific brand requests.

Please Note

  • NYS Sales Tax & 20% Service/Gratuity will be added to final invoice.
  • The Service/Gratuity is taxable with catering.
  • 50% deposit to secure date is required.
  • Bartender fees will be added to the quotation. Cost based on duration of event.
  • Final headcount due 14 days prior to the event.
  • Final invoice will be reflective of the final headcount and payment is due 10 days prior to the start of the event.
